We try to make the administrative part of our relationship with you as streamlined and painless as possible. You’re able to book your first appointment online right now! This is the fastest way to get on our schedule. If that appeals to you, read on. If not, simply give us a call at 410-697-1235 and a real live human will get you on our books.

To get you started, you’ll book a New Patient Evaluation and Acupuncture Treatment via our online booking site. It will ask you to submit a credit card to complete the booking – no worries, nothing will be charged until you complete your appointment. This is just to maintain contactless checkout to reduce the spread of germs.

This appointment will start with a conversaton with your practitioner about your current health concerns and medical history. Your practitioner will develop a treatment plan for you, telling you how long things may take to treat and what you can expect from your treatments. We’ve built time and space into this appointment for you to get to know each other and for you to ask any questions you may have. You’ll never feel like a patient on a conveyer belt when you’re with us!

This conversation will be conducted via videochat from your vehicle. We have traditionally done these in our office, but our procedures have changed due to coronavirus to limit close contact as much as possible. So we’ll do this part remotely for now. Afterwards, you’ll be directed to come upstairs and get started on your first acupuncture treatment. Voila!

If you plan to use insurance for your visit, you can submit your insurance details to us safely and securely by clicking here. We accept all major Maryland insurance. Your coverage for acupuncture will be carefully checked by our staff prior to your evaluation to reduce the likelihood of any surprises. Our goal is to help you understand your out-of-pocket costs as accurately as possible up front!

If you aren’t using insurance for your visits – no worries. We have self-pay options available, too.
